Intrapreneurship Conference 2012
The Intrapreneurship Conference will bring together thinkers, policy makers, HR specialists, and innovation managers, in addition to all those interested in uncovering the real potential of intrapreneurship in Europe.
Blending together local, European and global players, the Intrapreneurship conference will feature exciting keynote presentations by great speakers alongside inspiring debates and workshops.
Intrapreneurship means bringing creativity and added value in an organization while achieving personal aspiration.
Although it is not new (the term was coined in the late 70’s), in an ever more complex world, intrapreneurship is a key tool in allowing corporations to tackle two main modern challenges: in-company innovation, on one side, talent retention and employee motivation, on the other.
Intrapreneurship creates a framework where employees with ideas and entrepreneurial skills are granted a certain level of autonomy to develop a project of their own in a controlled and safe environment. In using the often non-tapped energy of would-be entrepreneurs, some organizations have turned themselves into innovation engines and are now market leaders.
During the conference experts and representatives of some of the most innovative companies, where intrapreneurship has been implemented as a core value, such as 3M, Microsoft, Alcatel-Lucent and Mondragon will share their experiences and insights. They will address the positive impact of intrapreneurship in their organizations, how it unleashed creativity and empowered employees to better achieve personal objectives as well as to get higher recognition for what they are doing.
